With the new TriMed Support app, clients can now effortlessly upload videos or photos directly from their phones - making it easier than ever to get screenshots and videos to our Support team! 

Within the app store download the TriMed Support app

Then, within the EHR > File Exchange select 'Get Mobile Code' 

Enter that code in the TriMed Support app and click Validate

Just like in File Exchange within the EHR, users will enter their Purpose, Notes, Attach a file and click 'Upload'.
