With the new TriMed Support app, clients can effortlessly upload videos or photos directly from their phones, making it easier than ever to send screenshots and videos to our Support team! 

In the app store, download the TriMed Support app.

Then, go to the EHR > File Exchange, and select 'Get Mobile Code.' 

Enter that code in the TriMed Support app and click 'Validate.'

Just like the EHR's File Exchange, users will enter their Purpose and Notes, attach a file, and click 'Upload.'
