On an ICD Picker note control there is now an option to Auto Add Chronic Diagnosis.
When a note is loaded the field will show 'Chronic ICDs will be added upon Sign'
Then, when the note is signed the patient's Chronic ICDs will be populated in the field, and the ICD's will automatically get added to the Superbill.
The dropdown note control now has the ability to pull data forward to future notes.
The ability to add a default ICD on a test code has been added to TriMed Complete. When the test is chosen from the order set, and a default ICD was chosen in Admin, the ICD will automatically populate.

TriMed Complete offers two new Checkbox Rule options without note templates.
Require One Checked: In order to sign off on a note, at least one of the checkboxes in the list is required to be checked. This rule will allow more than one of the listed checkboxes to be checked.
Require Only One Checked: When this rule is chosen then one of the listed checkboxes is required to be checked in order to sign off on the note. This rule will not allow for more than one of the listed checkboxes to be checked.
Users can now quickly add a sub note to their note template using a hyperlink.
Within SubNote Template Admin check the Quick Add button.
Then, within Note Template Admin use the new Quick Add control to add the hyperlink to the note.
Now, when using a note the user will be able to click the Hyperlink and quickly add the sub note. The sub note can be added multiple times to the same note.
This feature allows users to work through Document Manager documents from within the EHR.
Within the chart users can search for note data by entering a word into the Note Data Search field at the top of the chart tree. The chart will filter and list all notes that contain the data.
Clicking the Diagnosis Search to the left of the chart tree will bring up a pop up with a dropdown containing a list of diagnosis codes from within the patient's chart. When a diagnosis is selected the chart tree will filter to list any chart item with the selected diagnosis attached.
If a patient has not been Registered within a set amount of time of their appointment start time, the system can automatically mark the patient as a 'No Show'. This is set under Admin > Appointment > Schedule Settings.
The Check In page is a new EHR module that allows users to quickly register a patient for their appointment by integrating various features into one page. Within the Check In page a front desk user can quickly mark the patient Arrived, check that the patient's insurance is up-to-date, verify the patient's pharmacy and demographics, request the appropriate forms for that visit, and more!
