Users can now quickly add a sub note to their note template using a hyperlink.
Within SubNote Template Admin check the Quick Add button.
Then, within Note Template Admin use the new Quick Add control to add the hyperlink to the note.
Now, when using a note the user will be able to click the Hyperlink and quickly add the sub note. The sub note can be added multiple times to the same note.
This feature allows users to work through Document Manager documents from within the EHR.
Within the chart users can search for note data by entering a word into the Note Data Search field at the top of the chart tree. The chart will filter and list all notes that contain the data.
Clicking the Diagnosis Search to the left of the chart tree will bring up a pop up with a dropdown containing a list of diagnosis codes from within the patient's chart. When a diagnosis is selected the chart tree will filter to list any chart item with the selected diagnosis attached.
If a patient has not been Registered within a set amount of time of their appointment start time, the system can automatically mark the patient as a 'No Show'. This is set under Admin > Appointment > Schedule Settings.
The Check In page is a new EHR module that allows users to quickly register a patient for their appointment by integrating various features into one page. Within the Check In page a front desk user can quickly mark the patient Arrived, check that the patient's insurance is up-to-date, verify the patient's pharmacy and demographics, request the appropriate forms for that visit, and more!
Phone Number has been added as a search option within Chart Find. Users will be able to search for a patient using any phone number linked to the account.
The ICD Picker fields now has options for User Preference and Last Chosen under the default ICD PickList. This is beneficial when a practice is using Role Level Preferences, but each clinician wants to default their picklist on their note to something different.
When User Preference is chosen the field will respect the ICD Picklist that the users has selected in their own User Preference.
When Last Chosen is selected the field will be treated as a persist setting where the system will use the last ICD PickList that the logged in user has chosen on that field.
A new user preference has been added for Rapid Entry ICD Search. When turned on the ICD Search window will automatically close as soon as an ICD is selected, UNLESS the Multiple ICD Codes box is checked within the ICD Search window.
A new option under the Complete menu has been added for Full Complete & Home. When chosen all applicable chart items will be Signed, the superbill will be Created and Sent, and the user will automatically be redirected to their Home Page.
The Appointment Schedule within EHR now lists Providers first in alphabetical order, then Resources in alphabetical order. If a provider is logged in, their name will be listed first on the schedule.
