New Display Options on FlowSheets

The FlowSheet has been improved and now instead of using the dropdown menu to select categories of FlowSheet items to view, you can click on one of the tabs displayed across the top of the window. This allows you to quickly move between categories, reviewing items more efficiently.

To enable this display option, go to the FlowSheet window. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner. Select the checkbox labeled "Show as tabs." You can then select which tabs to include in your view. To return to the dropdown menu, select the checkbox labeled "Show as dropdown."

HealthWatcher Chart Header Icon

Improvement

TriMed Complete has added our Healthwatcher Module as an icon inside the patient's chart for quick access to the module. This icon provides a shortcut to view Healthwatcher plans assigned to a patient, as well as edit and add new plans. To add this to your chart header, go to Admin-> Standard Preferences-> Select your Role-> Chart. Once in the Chart tab, under the "Hide Icon" column, uncheck the checkbox for Healthwatcher so it is viewable along your main header. If you want it in your dropdown menu instead, check the Healthwatcher box under the “Remove” column.

Items Flag Global Setting

Practices can now decide whether item flags are user-specific or practice-wide (Global). By default, flags will be set to Global.

When a user adds a flag to an item (medication or problem), they will choose a flag color based on priority. The items will be displayed in order of priority: Red, Green, and Yellow. If the practice uses the Global setting, the most recently selected flag will be saved and the old flag will be removed.

To change the Item Flag setting, go to Admin > System Setup > Global Settings. Here, you can select the checkbox to make the flags show only for each user, instead of practice-wide.

Do Not Default Orders/Procedures

Improvement

When selecting a templated assessment and plan in your note, there is a new setting to not default any lab orders, medications prescribed, immunizations administered, or any patient education given during a visit. This gives you more access to customizing your assessment and plan by manually selecting which of those items you would like to include in your plan, rather than previously defaulting them all into the A&P.

Notifications and Conversations... NEW LOOK

NEW LOOK:

Notifications, Quick Notes, and Conversations have received a makeover!

The "Send to Team" and "Send to User" dropdowns have been combined into a single search field. From the search field, users can send to both Teams and Users by typing the Team name or User name. Users can also search from a list by clicking the "All Users" button or the "All Teams" button. Users can send a single notification to multiple Users or Teams (or both).

The last few Users or Teams who were sent a notification will be listed above the search bar for quick selections. Additionally, 4 other recently used Users/Teams will be listed under the "Recent Users/Team List" pop-up.

---------------------------------------

Individual Task - When a notification is sent to multiple users, the sender will decide if the notification should be an Individual Task or not. An Individual Task will send the notification to every user separately, and every user who receives it will need to mark it as "Complete" once they are finished with it. If the notification is not marked as an Individual Task, when one user marks it as "Complete," the system will auto-mark it "Complete" for all the users who received it.

---------------------------------------

The "High Priority" checkbox will be defaulted based on the previous conversation's priority. If the last conversation was set as high, the reply will have High Priority selected.

---------------------------------------

The "Complete" checkbox for notifications can be toggled on the Quick Note for as long as the Quick Note is unsigned.

---------------------------------------

There is a Global Setting called "Do not auto-complete conversation or Quick Note notifications." When this setting is enabled, a notification will not be automatically completed when a new notification is sent from the conversation tab or Quick Note.

---------------------------------------

A Quick Note can be set up as a Conversation Only chart item, meaning the note field can be removed.
