Vital History on Chart
The system displays the patient's latest vital history at the top right of a patient chart. Now, users can click the vital label to show the patient's entire history for the selected vital.

On the User Details page, a new section, 'TriMed Complete: Logged In Session Info,' has been added. This section includes the EHR version and server information for the user's current session, which is helpful when troubleshooting issues with our support team.
A new Standard Preference has been added under the Documents category called 'Disable Chart Item Link on Document Upload.'
When this preference is enabled, users will no longer receive a popup to link the document to a chart item when uploading a document manually.
Previously, when viewing Open Slots, the system only allowed users to search one date at a time. Now, it allows users to search using a Date Range.
The 'Auto-Build' feature is now available on all blue boxes. To enable this feature on a blue box, check 'Show Auto-Build Options' within the textbox property.
Then, when the user fills out the note, they can change the blue box to a textbox by clicking the 'Auto-Build On' label.
Sometimes, visit items such as intended problems, assessment and plan, prior lab results review, and lab orders are prepared before a nurse or provider starts a note or even before the provider is with the patient. Those items are denoted as the 'Visit Prep Intended Items' for the appointment.
When a note has required fields, the Note Tab(s) will be red until all required fields are filled.
Users can now set the Team on a document when uploading through DM Web.
Document Manager Template
In Admin > Document Manager > DM Template, a ‘Team’ dropdown has been added, allowing users to set up the ‘Document Template’ for a specified team.
Upload a Document via DM Web
When users select a document template on the DM Web Preview page, the related team is automatically set as the default. If no team is selected for the specified document template in Admin, users can manually select the team.
Once a document is uploaded from DM Web, the team chosen in the popup will default on the Info tab of the document.
If a patient has Primary Insurance as 'Pvt' and Secondary Insurance as 'Gvt,' we previously had a checkbox setting to prompt users to manually select the Pvt/Gvt flag on the Immunization page OR to default to the Gvt flag.
The checkbox setting has been changed to a dropdown, where the system can default the flag to Pvt, Gvt, or Prompt the user to choose the flag.
A new Global Setting, 'Use Department for Fax Cover Sheet Header,' has been added. When enabled, the Fax Cover Sheet will show the department's contact information. If the practice does not enable the new setting, the Fax Cover Sheet will show the company's contact information.
