TriMed Complete offers many Appointment Scheduling Admin features that will allow a practice to set up appointment schedules according to their needs.
Within the Rooms and Rooms+List view on the schedule users will now see the patient's that are roomed under other providers or resources, even when those providers and resources are not selected within Schedule Settings.
The patient's will not show the Room Status colors, and users will not be able to click to open their charts.
If a user wishes to not see other provider's patients there is an option within Schedule Settings to 'Only Show Selected Providers Rooms'.
With this version, TriMed Telemedicine has been updated with several enhancements. A new Telemed tab has been added on the Telemedicine appointment with all the controls for a telemedicine visit located in one place.
There are times when patient’s have personal medical conditions that a provider wants to record in the patient’s chart, but does not want that information to be public knowledge. TriMed Complete now offers the ability to mark Medical Summary items within a patient’s chart as confidential.
TriMed Complete now offers 3 different levels of preferences. Clients can choose to use Company Preferences (NEW) which allows all users in the practice to use the same preferences and widgets, Role Preferences which allows different preferences and widgets per role, and User Preferences which allows each user to set their preferences own preferences and widgets.
When using Company OR Role Preferences the Home Page widgets will now be edited within the Admin area instead of having to edit on a user on the front end and copying to a role.
When a practice is using Company OR Role Preferences, and a user is NOT set as a Special User then they will no longer have access to the User Preference menu or the ability to edit widgets on the home screen.
An enhancement has been made to the Quick Note chart item. Previously a Quick Note’s main purpose was to document something on a patient’s chart that was not specifically related to an existing chart item such as an order, result, or prescription. Now, the Quick Note offers the ability to track a conversation between users about the contents of the Quick Note.
A new header icon has been added for users to quickly know when they have new unread SMS messages. This is an option that can be enabled within User Preferences > Home/Sys Wide.
When enabled all unread messages from the past 7 days will show in the fly out.
Clicking a new message will open the conversation in a pop up.
Clicking 'See all SMS messages' will open another tab where a user will be able to filter the messages further.
Within Notification Rules a Notification Trigger for Note Field Value has been added for 'Field Level Save'.
Within User Preferences > Rx a new preference for 'Include Weight Value from Today in Pharmacy Note' has been added.
When the preference is turned on and the patient has a weight value on the same day as the prescription being written then that information will be included in the Pharmacy Note section.
Within the Patient details screen fields have been added to give a better understanding of who the patient is in relation to the guarantor. The fields are Relationship to Guarantor and Guarantor's Relationship to Patient.
