When using the Schedule Template feature within TriMed Complete the dropdown selection will now be a persist setting. This means that when a user selects a template and logs out, the system will remember the selection and default to it upon the users next log in.
Users now have the ability to search by Name, DOB, or ID when booking an appointment by either right clicking on the appointment slot and clicking 'Book' or by using the 'New Appointment' option. The Search button will be enabled when at least 1 of the search criteria fields are used.
When a user selects a diagnosis with the IMO description from the ICD Picker the IMO description is shown on the note.
Then, if the user saves the diagnosis to the patient's Medical Summary the system will now also insert the IMO description as the description of the Medical Summary item.
A new user preference has been added for 'Show Visit Reason on Note Tab'. This preference is defaulted to unchecked, and only when enabled will the Visit Reason dropdown show on the top right of the note tab. Additionally, the Visit Reason feature only shows on notes linked to an active appointment meaning the appointment is not Cancelled or No Showed.
The default Charge Ticket will now be a persist setting by Visit Type.
For clients who using the Authorization feature within the PM, but do not want to show those as Referral Chart Items within the EHR there is now a User Preference called 'Hide Referral Chart Items'. When enabled the Referral Chart Items will no longer show in the patient's chart.
Many practices offer patient’s the ability to come in for certain visit types that do not require provider interaction. These appointments are typically booked on a resource schedule and kept separate from the provider schedule. If a user is not careful and does not choose a provider on the note, there can be an issue with linked chart items and the superbill getting the appropriate provider.
To handle this TriMed Complete is introducing a feature that will let users know to select a provider.
**Enhancements Added**
This feature gives users the ability to add reminders, notes or information about a patient that is not part of the clinical record. The Chart Tags are not signed and can be deleted at any time. Once deleted, a Chart Tag cannot be restored.
A User Preference has been added called: Show tabs as Home button.
When this preference is turned on, the Note tabs will display as a new Home icon instead of tabs across the page. By moving the Note tabs to an icon, the user gains valuable horizontal space. This is especially useful on smaller screens. Simply hover over the Home button and click the tab to navigate to that page without any extra clicks.
