The eRefill page has been enhanced with features to add more patient information to the screen, make it more aesthetically pleasing, and to ensure that the correct prescription information is being sent. Additionally, refill request information, whether it was approved or denied, is now available for viewing in the patient’s chart.
Within the new appointment window users now have the option to select the Date Range by typing in the date or by clicking the calendar button and selecting from the calendar view.
A new icon has been added within the patient's chart on the Chart tab.
There are times when users filter their chart view by using the My Summary folder or by using the Category and Chart Item filters. Now by clicking the icon users can quickly go back and forth between the selected view and the All view.
In this example the user has their user preference set to default to the My Summary Folder, and the My Summary Folder is only showing Progress Notes. Then, if the user wants to view everything in the chart they can click the icon to view All. Clicking the icon again will bring them back to the My Summary Folder. The same is true when navigating between the Category and Chart Item filters as well.

We've made a change to Spell Check enabled fields where in the note the word will be underlined in red when the user is typing within or mousing over the field, but when clicking off the field the red underline will no longer show. If spell check is not enabled then it will use the browser spell check when applicable.
When using the Medical History control on a note, and the information exceeds the the designated space, users can click the header to expand the box and read all of the information without scrolling.
Previously, when immunizations were ordered from a blue box, they were not linked directly to the note, but could have possibly appeared underneath forms within the chart tree. Now, when an immunization is ordered from the note it is be linked directly underneath it within the chart tree.
TriMed Complete has introduced a way that makes finding a common ICD faster within the ICD Picker control on a note.
Within the ICD Picker control in Note Template Admin choose the 'Enable in Field Search' option.
Then, within the note use the search field to type in a diagnosis description. As the user is typing it will search 200 of the most common codes the practice uses and lists them if they match the current search. If one matches, just click to add.

There are scenarios in which users manually add charges to a Superbill, and then auto-fill with additional charges from other chart items. Previously, we added a 'Get New Charges' feature to handle these scenarios, but that was causing an extra click for users when adding new charges to the Superbill. To handle this we've added additional enhancements to make this more user friendly.
If an unsigned superbill exists with charges already on it, and a user clicks 'Sign All & Create/Open (or Send) Superbill' then the Superbill will refresh adding on the additional charges.
Additionally, if the user adds a Superbill by clicking the Add Linked option from the note the Superbill will automatically regenerate with the charges it already had as well as the new charges.
In the latest release, we've also added a 'Clear Superbill' option. This will allow users to clear all charges from the superbill if it auto-fills without them wanting it to.
If a user manually opens an Unsigned Superbill that has already been generated, the system will show the 'Get New Charges' button and will not automatically refresh.
