The purpose of the Telemed Wait Prep Module is to give practices more control when it comes to Telemedicine Visits with their patients. Benefits of the module include retrieving consent from the patient before the visit begins and notifying the patient when the physician is ready to start the visit.
TriMed Complete has always had the ability to translate a visit to a printed summary for a patient but now offers the ability for practices to easily create a more visually-pleasing, customized Visit Summary.
The EHR now has the ability for practices to customize both emails and text messages that are sent to patients when Telemedicine appointments are booked.
The EHR offers the capability to text a patient from the schedule in order to let the patient know that they have a room available and can enter the practice.
The manual result entry process within the EHR has been enhanced to make it more user friendly, leaving less room for error.
A practice can now allow or require a patient to include a comment when they upload a document through the Patient Portal.

On an ICD Picker note control there is now an option to Auto Add Chronic Diagnosis.
When a note is loaded the field will show 'Chronic ICDs will be added upon Sign'
Then, when the note is signed the patient's Chronic ICDs will be populated in the field, and the ICD's will automatically get added to the Superbill.
The dropdown note control now has the ability to pull data forward to future notes.
The ability to add a default ICD on a test code has been added to TriMed Complete. When the test is chosen from the order set, and a default ICD was chosen in Admin, the ICD will automatically populate.
