When an appointment is marked Registered, but was not marked Confirmed an asterisk (*) will appear before the Registered status on the schedule. This will indicate to users that the appointment was not confirmed (or in some cases worked up) before the appointment got marked Registered.

TriMed Complete offers users the ability to add insurance information for a patient within the EHR using a new Chart Item Type called Insurance Card.
Within the eRefill Request screen the data within the Allergies, Current Meds, and Medical Summary fields are now separated with 1 item on each line. We've also added a button to the right where when clicked will display the information within the field instead of having to scroll or expand the field.
When using the Column Per view within the schedule the department short name is now displayed next to the providers name on the header. If the provider has appointments at multiple located the word Multi will be displayed, and by rolling over the header the departments will be displayed in a tooltip.
Results can be input into the system as either Result chart items or Document chart items. TriMed has now made it easier for patients to view result documents and chart items within the same area of Patient Portal.
Since the pandemic, many practices have begun utilizing the Check In module to allow patients to check in without coming to the front office, which helps to limit person to person contact. One of the issues practices have faced is the ability to collect copays from patients. TriMed is now introducing an additional option practices can utilize which forces patients to use an override option, rather than just clicking the ‘Pay Staff After Check-In’ button when they do not wish to pay their copay.
On the Check-in page, the system has an English and Spanish Face Sheet option. Now, if the patient's language is English or Spanish, the system will automatically set the Face Sheet dropdown accordingly.
This feature allows users to edit a PDF document within the system, instead of downloading or printing the document.
In order to save space on Notes, three controls have been moved to the more menu. You will now find the Zoom, Find, and Resize Note options under the dropdown menu.
