Appointment Prep Enhancements

Additional enhancements have been made to the Appointment Prep page to make the process easier on users.

The patient list can now be sorted by Appointment Date Ascending and Appointment Date Descending order making it easier for more than one user to work the list. An additional filter has been added to filter the list by Financial Class.

The Verified status on the Appointment Prep page will also show on the Check In page along with the Verified notes. Also when hovering over the status the username and date time that the appointment was Verified will be displayed. Additionally if a user accidentally clicks Verified they can click it again to change the status back.

The Primary Care Provider provided from the insurance company will now be listed under the Insurance section on the Appointment Prep page.

The Appointment Prep page has been slightly rearranged to prevent users from having to do a lot of extra scrolling.

The Insurance Card chart item has been added to the page so that users do not have to open the patients chart to request the patient's insurance card.

On all Registration Pages the date and time have been added underneath the username on the PM Notes section.

Encounter Image

They say a picture is worth a thousand words and in healthcare an image of physical findings such as a rash or wound can be much more beneficial to a provider than written documentation. This can be especially beneficial when a physician wants to compare or monitor a condition over time or from visit to visit.
