Removing Conversation Entries
Mistakes happen! There are many scenarios where a user may accidentally add an update to the Conversation tab on a chart item and later realize it should be removed. Previously, the only option was to delete the entire chart item. Now, clients have the ability to grant specific roles permission to delete individual conversation entries.
In Practice Admin > Practice Settings > Item Reopening, a new option has been added: Allow deleting conversation entries within XX days of the conversation notification sent datetime. By default, this checkbox is unchecked, and the days field is blank. Administrators can enable the checkbox and set the number of days after the conversation notification in which deletion is allowed.
When enabled, a trashcan icon will appear next to each conversation entry that falls within the defined timeframe. Clicking the icon will prompt a confirmation pop-up before the entry is deleted.
All deleted notification history is logged in the alter history within the Item Reopening page.
