A new Require Additional Document option allows practices to require patients to upload supporting documentation when submitting a form. This is especially useful for Medical Records requests where photo identification is required for identity verification. The uploaded document is automatically combined with the completed patient form into a single PDF within the patient’s EHR chart, reducing follow-up and manual tracking.
