The RAF Score API calculates a patient’s risk score based on age, gender, dual status, institutionalized living, and active problem list ICDs. Scores are recalculated every 30 days upon opening the patient chart. Users can edit the ‘Status’ and ‘Institutionalized Living’ fields that call for score recalculation. Scores are recalculated when a problem list record is added, deleted, or edited. The RAF Score is displayed in the chart header ICD summary.
