A new 'Save to Family History' option has been added when creating a Problem List item for patients who have sibling relationships configured in the system.

What’s New:

• A Save to Family History option under the Save menu when adding a Problem List item
• This option is available when the patient has one or more siblings associated with their record.

Behavior

Selecting 'Save to Family History' opens a window where users can choose which family members should receive the diagnosis in their Family History.

The 'Relationship' field automatically defaults to 'Sibling.'

Once saved, the selected Problem List item is added to the Family History section of the chosen sibling’s chart.

This enhancement streamlines documentation by enabling users to quickly add relevant family history information to related patient records.
