Within the EHR, under User Details, users can now set their Portal Message Display Name. 

Logic

• If the Portal Message Display Name is not entered, the system will follow the existing logic and display the company name as the practice message user.
• If a value is entered in the Portal Message Display Name field, the system will use the ‘display name’ as the practice message user.

When a practice user sends a new message to the portal or replies to the patient, we display the ‘Portal Message Display Name’ on the portal message conversation grid.
