We’ve introduced Physical Exam Default Configuration to give providers more flexibility in how physical exam findings are documented. This enhancement allows providers to choose whether to use predefined default exam findings, customize those defaults to better match their preferences, or opt out so that only findings specifically documented during the visit are included.

By supporting different documentation styles, this feature helps create a more personalized and efficient workflow for clinical note entry.
