We’ve introduced Physical Exam Default Configuration to give providers more flexibility in documenting physical exam findings. This enhancement allows providers to choose whether to use predefined default exam findings, customize the defaults to better match their preferences, or opt out so that only findings specifically documented during the visit are included.

By supporting different documentation styles, this feature creates a more personalized and efficient workflow for clinical note entry. The result is a more adaptable approach to physical exam documentation that better aligns with individual provider preferences while supporting consistent and streamlined charting.
