Auto-Adding ICDs to the ICD Problem List
There are multiple scenarios in which the system can automatically add ICDs that are added to a note or Superbill to the ICD Summary Problem List:

★ Superbill Signing Options - Manual Sign and Note Complete
Automated Process Options
★ Global Setting and Chart Header Template Admin
★ Patient Problems Admin
★ Adding Diagnosis to Documents
