A new Sort Order setting has been added in PP Admin > My Records > General, allowing practices to control the display order of sections within the My Records module on the patient portal.

Additionally, patients will now see a New Portal Items indicator when new or unread portal items are available within a section. Clicking the label automatically navigates the patient to that section to view the newly available items.
