Practices can customize subtasks to align with their specific workflows, while completed tasks are tracked by user name to provide greater accountability and visibility into who completed each step. With progress indicators, task-level notes, and a clear verification process, Advanced Appointment Prep helps streamline appointment readiness and supports a more consistent front-office workflow.
