The Portal Messaging feature in TriMed Bridge allows practices to send secure messages to patients via SMS, even if the patient does not have a portal account. Each SMS includes a short URL that lets the patient access the Bridge app to view and reply to the message without logging into the portal. For security, the link automatically expires after a configurable number of days.
