Communications: No Show/Visits Due Correspondence
New options for No Show Correspondence and Visits Due Correspondence have been added under Inquiry > Communications.
The communications grid displays the date and time of the communication, communication type (Email, Text, or Portal Message), message content, recipient (email address, phone number, or Portal Manager), the staff user who sent the communication, and whether the message failed to send for any reason.
Double-clicking a row opens the message details. If a communication was sent via both email and text, double-clicking the row displays only the email message.
