A new Admin setting in EHR called 'Restrict Access from Booking by Roles' has been added. An administrator can enable the setting on any visit type(s) and choose which role(s) cannot book the selected Visit Type on the schedule. This feature is available in both the PM and EHR. 

In the Practice Management (PM) and EHR systems, if the user with a restricted role for a specific visit type tries to book an appointment with a specific visit type, a warning message will appear stating, ‘Your permission level does not allow you to book the selected Visit Type.'
