Patient Portal Messages
Inside TriMed Patient Portal, the Messaging module has received an upgrade. The back-and-forth messages between the patient and the practice are now displayed in chat-bubble format with the patient messages on the right and the practice responses on the left.
Once an EHR user marks a portal thread as "Completed" the patient will see a message on the bottom of the screen stating: “This message has been marked completed by the practice. If further communication is needed please send a new message.”
