Within Lot Management Admin a new 'Warning Threshold' option has been added.
By default, the system will warn the user when the quantity on hand falls below 10. However, a practice can now customize this threshold. If the practice enters a "Warning Threshold" count, the user will be alerted when the immunization inventory quantity drops below that specific number.
A new permission, 'Admin Module: Immunizations_Use Lot Management Scan Only,' has been created. By default this permission will be unchecked.
When the permission 'Admin Module: Immunizations_Use Lot Management Scan Only' is enabled, the fields on the Lot Management tab are non-editable.When the user scans the vaccine lot information, the system will automatically populate the Lot Number and NDC fields with the scanned data. If the scanned values in both the Lot Number and NDC fields contain at least four characters, the system will enable all lot management fields for manual edits.
On entry or edit mode, if the user manually removes the Lot Number or NDC Number to less than 4 characters, all fields will be cleared and they remain non-editable.
A new Standard Preference has been added under the Documents category called 'Disable Chart Item Link on Document Upload'.
When this preference is enabled, users will no longer receive a pop-up asking them to link the document to a chart item when uploading a document manually.
A new setting 'Disable patient ability to choose ‘None (Receive paper statements)' has been added to the Patient Portal Admin billing page under the Billing Site header.
When the setting is enabled, the Statement dropdown will exclude the ‘None (Receive paper statements)’ option and display only 3 options ‘Email & Text,’ ‘Email,’ and ‘Text’. The label will read: ‘This account is enrolled in paperless billing. Please contact the practice if you do not wish to receive paperless statements’.
Note:
If the ‘Disable patient ability to choose ‘None (Receive Paper Statements)’ setting is enabled but the patient setting was already set to ‘None (Receive paper statements),’ the dropdown will continue to show this option with the label: ‘To enroll in paperless billing, select how you would like to receive your notifications’.
Once the patient updates their selection, the ‘None’ option will no longer be available in the dropdown. At that point, the label will update to: ‘This account is enrolled in paperless billing. Please contact the practice if you do not wish to receive paperless statements’.
TriMed has added the ability to display Z-Scores on the Growth Chart by adding a 'Display Z-Scores' preference under Settings on the Growth Chart.
The Z-Scores will be displayed in the tooltips of the data points.
TriMed has added a new ‘Adjust Provider Labels’ section in Global Settings. This section allows users to customize provider-related terms like Provider, Prim Care Prov, and Referred By with a 30-character limit. The labels will replace the default terms.
The entered custom labels will replace the default terms in the following specific areas of the EHR pages:
Previously, when viewing Open Slots, the system only allowed users to search one date at a time. Now, it allows users to search using a Date Range.
The ‘Schedule Column Bookmarks’ feature enhances schedule visibility by providing up to four customizable data points per user, such as visit counts or insurance details, on the schedule page. Admins and users can configure labels, set threshold-based color rules for dynamic visual indicators, and view real-time updates in the Schedule View, Calendar View, and Patient Information sections.
The 'Auto-Build' feature is now available on all blue boxes. To enable this feature on a blue box, check 'Show Auto-Build Options' within the textbox property.
Then, when the user fills out the note, they can change the blue box to a textbox by clicking the 'Auto-Build On' label.
