Superbill Edit Groups

There are times when more than one Superbill Edit will be applicable to a charge, and the order in which the rules are applied may rely on each other. In order to handle a scenario such as this Superbill Edits Group has been added to Decision Support Admin.

Within Superbill Edits Group Admin a practice can name the group and choose which Rank the Group should be run in.

Then, within Superbill Edit Admin each rule can be added to the Group and given a Rank.

For Example in a scenario when a practice bills Fluoride Varnish (99188) on a Test Code, the CPT code needs to change from 99188 to D1206 for Medicaid. This rule would need to be run first.

Then, according to Medicaid when D0145 is billed they should also be billing D0145. This rule would need to be run second.
