The Copy To Option on note templates have been enhanced to also allow Direct Message and Secure Email in addition to Fax. This can be set up within Note Template Admin under the Word Merge button.

The Direct Message option will only be available for Referring Physicians. If the Provider and/or Referring Provider does not have Direct Message set up the system will instead fax the document. 

When Secure Email is selected the practice can enter a default Subject and Email Body in Admin. 

Clicking the Copy To button on a note within the chart will display the setup in Admin and allows the user to send additional copies. The user will also be able to see the history of any copies that have been sent for the note.
