TikTok Ads are now live

TikTok is the fastest growing social media platform of all time, with over 2.6 billion downloads globally. From today, you will be able to view your TikTok Ads performance data on the Digivizer platform!

By introducing TikTok Ads as our latest integration,  you can now compare paid data across:

  • TikTok Ads (new)
  • Amazon Ads
  • Google Ads
  • Facebook / Instagram / Messenger  Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Twitter Ads
  • Google Analytics

All you need to do is connect your TikTok Ads account via the Manage Connections page. After being connected successfully, you’ll be able to view:

  • Spend per Campaign or Ad
  • Impressions
  • Clicks
  • Conversions
  • Conversions Value
  • Return On Ad Spend (ROAS)

In the Paid tab, you will now have access to the above insights on a platform, campaign, adset and advert level for TikTok Ads, side-by-side with any other paid accounts you have connected to the platform.

Amazon Advertising now supported

We’ve just released a new update for the Digivizer platform - Amazon Advertising integration! 🎉

Available now, this means that you can compare paid data across:

  • Amazon Ads (new)
  • Google Ads
  • Facebook / Instagram / Messenger  Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Twitter Ads
  • Google Analytics

Once you’ve connected your Amazon Ads account to your Digivizer brand space (you can do so in Manage Connections), you’ll now be able to view:

  • Spend per Campaign or Ad
  • Impressions
  • Clicks
  • Conversions
  • Conversions Value
  • Return On Ad Spend (ROAS)

In the Paid tab, you will now have access to insights on a platform, campaign, adset and advert level for Amazon ads, alongside any other paid accounts you have connected to the platform.

Natively, Amazon only retains your history for a limited period of time, requiring regular downloads to keep historic data. Once it’s connected to the Digivizer platform, it stays there, allowing you to do full historic period-on-period comparisons for the same metrics across all of your accounts and platforms.

Filter Your Search Queries by Domain

If you’re using Digivizer to track your Website Performance, check it out: the table that shows you which Search Queries are driving traffic to your websites just got even better.

By default, the Search Queries Driving Traffic table is set to show all domains associated with your website account. But if you have more than one domain under your umbrella, such as for different regions, now you can choose to see only the Search Queries driving traffic to a single domain of your choice.

This will give you a much more drilled-down view of exactly which search terms and keywords are delivering traffic to certain domains. You can then make informed decisions about which search terms you’re currently going after, and which ones you should be.

If you have any questions about selecting domains in the Search Queries table, please contact our support team via the in-app chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

Add New Accounts from the Overview Page

Whether you’re just getting started with Digivizer or you’re a long-time user looking to pack even more value into your Overview page, we’ve made it much easier for you to connect more social media accounts to your Digivizer Overview page.

If you have Admin rights on your brand space, you’ll now see an inline button next to the “Social Accounts” heading on your Overview page that reads “+ Connect Another Account”. If you’re on mobile, you should see a simple box with a plus sign [+] in it.

If you click this new button, it will take you straight to the “Manage Connections” page, where you’ll be able to add a new Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube or Google account to your brand space.

Don’t worry: you can also still access the “Manage Connections” page from the cog wheel in the top right corner of your brand space. We’re just giving you a quicker way to get to where you want to be!

If you have any questions about connecting a new social media account to Digivizer, please contact our support team via the in-app chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

Twitter Card Images Are Here

Twitter is all about grabbing someone’s attention while they’re endlessly scrolling, and one of the best ways to do that is with powerful imagery. With Digivizer you can now see which images are working best for you!

You’ve always been able to see images that were attached to tweets. Now if you Tweet a link to a website that generates a clickable "OpenGraph" image card, Digivizer will show you the imagery of that Twitter Card as well. This will give you a more complete picture of your Twitter marketing! 😉

By using the dropdown sorting boxes in the top right corner, you can see at a glance which photos, infographics, or Website Image Cards your audience likes best according to your metric of choice.

If you have any questions about your Twitter Performance page in Digivizer displaying images, please contact our support team via the in-app chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

Identify where your Web Traffic is coming from with Traffic Source

Knowing the channels that are driving traffic to your website and then what traffic is converting on your website helps you make better decisions about where to spend your marketing resources and budget.

Digivizer Web Performance gives you rich instant insights into your website’s Traffic Source. The interactive table shows the most (and the least) active source of referral channels, giving you insights into:

  • What is driving traffic to your site by the number of sessions, page views and users per channel
  • How many conversions have resulted from each channel

For websites with multiple goals and conversions, you can filter to choose individual ones to then drill into channel performance on a goal-by-goal basis.

Period-on-period insights also help you see how different channels are working for you and are changing over a determined comparative time. This allows you to:

  • Make changes to your content or referral drivers to result in greater converting traffic that result in transactions and revenue
  • Highlight where to move budget from low performing channels to those that perform better

To locate these features in Digivizer, go to  ‘Web Performance’ in the top navigation bar, scroll down past high level snapshots of your web traffic, goals and revenue to find Traffic Source.  This sits above Search and Website Page insights.

Not sure how to connect your Google Analytics account to Digivizer? No sweat. Follow our guide on connecting your Google Analytics account to Digivizer. Alternatively, reach out to our friendly help team, located via the bubble at the right-hand bottom corner of your screen, for guided instructions.
