Twitter performance metrics are now available in all paid for brand spaces

The change in API and data available from Twitter is now resolved. All paid for brand spaces are up-to-date with Twitter metrics across organic, earned and paid media.

Those on a Digivizer Free Plan will see Follower Count & Number of Posts only.  This is a limitation of the new Twitter API.  If you would like to see performance metrics, please upgrade to a paid plan.

LinkedIn performance metrics are now available in all brand spaces

The delay in seeing up-to-date LinkedIn performance metrics that began over the weekend is now resolved. All brand spaces have had performance insights backdated.

LinkedIn Organic Performance Metrics

LinkedIn Organic Performance Metrics are currently not synching. It is a known issue and we are working on a fix. Data is accurate up to the 16th December 2022. We will notify you as soon as this bug is fixed.

Impact of Twitter API change on owned & earned performance metrics

Twitter Performance Metrics including engagements, replies/comments and reshares have been unavailable since a recent and unexpected Twitter API change. Unfortunately this has impacted a number of Brand Spaces. 

We are working to ensure all performance metrics are available, firstly to our Customers on a current paid plan. We will provide further updates as new information comes to hand. 

Please note: this impacts Twitter owned and earned media only. Twitter Ads performance metrics are still accurately and readily available in Digivizer .

Update: Meta Issue with Facebook Conversions has been resolved!

Following the API (Application Programming Interface) data exchange change from Facebook shared last week, we have released the fix to allow Facebook conversions and ROAS calculations. 

This data is now correctly showing in Overview Page, Digi Express, and into Paid at the campaign, adsets and ad level.  All data has been backdated so there should be full reference data when looking at comparative periods or performance over time.

Update: Meta Issue with Facebook Conversions

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) have recently made changes to the API and data provided to platforms. This change was made without any notification or documentation. 

We've noticed that the data we use for conversions has changed, which may impact your conversion accuracy. Please note it is not an obvious fix but our Engineering team is currently working to resolve this together with Facebook.  Although all other performance data is correct, until this issue is resolved, there may be discrepancies in ROAS reporting for Meta Platforms. 

We will immediately advise as soon as this is resolved!

Monthly Reporting Update

Monthly reports for November will now be sent 8am AEST Tuesday 8 November 2022.

After November, we will be scheduling Monthly reports within 48-72 hours of the end-of-month to ensure we have the most accurate data.  You can also send yourself your last Weekly or last Monthly report at any time by using the on-demand report feature in Manage Brand Space.

Introducing Digivizer Free Plan for individuals

Digivizer has now introduced a Free Plan with limited features to support creators, individuals and start-up businesses who are looking for insights into their marketing. 

The Free Plan has the following features and limitations:

✅ 1 Brandspace per NEW user (and only one Free Plan per business)
✅ Up to 4 connections (any combination of social media, web analytics and paid media accounts)
✅ 1 login/1 user
✅ 1 hashtag
❌ No influencers
❌ No sharing or additional users
❌ No 1:1 support or insights sessions.

The Free Plan will sit alongside the Digivizer plans for Teams, Brands,  Agency and Enterprise options - with each tier including greater advantages, offering more Brand Spaces, account connections, sharing and inviting others to view insights and receive reports,  hashtag monitoring,  and the ability to invite and see influencer performance. You can compare the plan inclusions here.

As an existing customers and triallers on the higher-tiered plans, you will not be impacted by the Free Plan and can continue to enjoy greater features, shareability, reporting and digital marketing insights. We have introduced this option for start-ups and creators to experience a restricted free form of Digivizer until they are ready to grow.

New: Digivizer Monthly Reports for all users

In the first of a number of reporting enhancements, Digivizer now delivers a regular Monthly Insights Performance Report, arriving within 72 hours after the end of month,  which measures last month's period on period performance across organic media, paid media, website performance and highest engaged earned media posts. 

This complements our current Weekly Digivizer Express reports which are sent at the start of every week (covering the previous Monday-Sunday).  Every customer and those invited to the Digivizer Brand Space who are opted in will be sent a monthly report.  

An Admin can set up a reporting delivery preference for all Members invited to your Brand Space. Use the “Manage My Account” menu option, and select preference for “Brand Space Performance Reports” for weekly and/or monthly (refer to image below). You can invite as many users as you'd like to your Brand Space to share reports with them. There’s no limit to the number of report users, making your reporting super easy!

If an individual user added to your Brand Space no longer wants to receive the weekly reports, all they have to do is click on the Cog symbol → Manage my Account → Report Delivery Schedule. This will halt all report communication to their email address. This gives individual flexibility and does not impact any other member who are opted-in, they will continue to receive updates.

For agencies and those who have permission and/or are users of multiple Brand Spaces, you will also be able to use the Manage My Account function to see a single view of all your Brand Spaces when choosing your weekly and/or monthly report preferences to save time and ease the reporting management process!
