Local Currency Recognition

For those customers who are running paid social and search campaigns in a wide variety of countries, the Digivizer platform now recognizes and displays the paid campaign’s accurate local currency and associated currency symbol.

The currency that is shown is as you have selected per your social or search account set up. If you are running separate currencies across multiple countries, you can choose to set up separate brandspaces per country, and switch between them to see a per country view.  The paid media currency will also reflect per brandspace in your Digivizer Express Weekly email.

To see this in action, head to your Paid media tab in platform.

If you have any questions about this update or would like to discuss multi-currency or multi-country set-up, contact our support team via the in-app chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

Conversion Insights

You can now access several new conversion metrics within the Digivizer platform. For businesses and brands running paid marketing and advertising campaigns, it’s important to understand where your revenue and leads are coming from.

Now you can use Digivizer to unlock these insights with key metrics like:

  • Number of conversion by platform
  • Conversion value (what the sales value or attributed value is to your conversion)
  • Cost per conversion by platform
  • Conversion rate (percentage of those who engage that then convert)

You can find these metrics at the platform, campaign, adset and advert levels, which means you can compare conversion data across umbrella platforms like Google vs Facebook, or narrow your hunt right down to the individual ads that are delivering the best conversions for you.

We’re always looking for feedback on our new updates. If you have any queries or comments, be sure to drop a line to our support team via the in-app chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

Influencer Tracking

Whether your business is already working with influencers, or you’re looking for brand ambassadors who might already be talking about you on social media, you can now take advantage of Digivizer’s brand new influencer tracking features.

Navigate to the “Earned” page on the Digivizer platform and immediately discover your most engaged customers, fans and influencers. Change the date range to track activity over a certain period of time, or use the search bar to filter by platform.

You can also now scroll through everyone who has mentioned your brand accounts or hashtag, from those who have posted the most to the least. You can also see total engagements those posts have received - so you’ll know who has a genuine audience.

Click on the name of the poster to be taken to their social media account. Alternatively, click on the number of posts to see all their posts about you right here on the Digivizer platform. You can then click on each individual post to go to that post in-platform.

Note: you might see ‘Unknown Instagram Users’ in your poster list. These are users of Instagram who have mentioned your @username or #hashtag, but haven’t given Digivizer permission to track them (which you can do by inviting Influencers to your Brandspace). You can still see which posts have earned the most engagement, and click through to see their posts on Instagram, but due to privacy rules, we can’t share their username directly.

To learn more about how to use the “Earned” page on the Digivizer platform, reach out to our support team with our in-app chat via the bubble in the bottom right of the screen.

Brand Spaces

It can be a challenge for companies and marketing managers to oversee the organic and paid performance of a single brand across social media and search. When you manage more than one brand, it becomes even more difficult! But now with Brand Spaces, you can set up a home for each of your brands.

With Brand Spaces, business owners and brand managers can easily oversee and manage the data from multiple brands. Rather than connecting every social and search account from multiple brands to a single Digivizer Brand Space, branch out into multiple Brand Spaces and:

  • organize and connect relevant social and search accounts to one or more Brand Spaces
  • assign names to Brand Spaces to help make data gathering clearer and easier than ever
  • invite users like influencers and stakeholders to specific Brand Spaces according to which people need to see which results

Take advantage of the organizational satisfaction of multiple Brand Spaces today. All you have to do is sign up as if you’re making a new account, name your Brand Space so you know which one it is, then add your primary email address as an admin to the new Brand Space as well via “Manage Brand Space”.

If you need assistance with this, our support team is ready to help you through our in-app chat, operated via the bubble in the bottom right of the screen.
