Introducing Digivizer Free Plan for individuals

Digivizer has now introduced a Free Plan with limited features to support creators, individuals and start-up businesses who are looking for insights into their marketing. 

The Free Plan has the following features and limitations:

✅ 1 Brandspace per NEW user (and only one Free Plan per business)
✅ Up to 4 connections (any combination of social media, web analytics and paid media accounts)
✅ 1 login/1 user
✅ 1 hashtag
❌ No influencers
❌ No sharing or additional users
❌ No 1:1 support or insights sessions.

The Free Plan will sit alongside the Digivizer plans for Teams, Brands,  Agency and Enterprise options - with each tier including greater advantages, offering more Brand Spaces, account connections, sharing and inviting others to view insights and receive reports,  hashtag monitoring,  and the ability to invite and see influencer performance. You can compare the plan inclusions here.

As an existing customers and triallers on the higher-tiered plans, you will not be impacted by the Free Plan and can continue to enjoy greater features, shareability, reporting and digital marketing insights. We have introduced this option for start-ups and creators to experience a restricted free form of Digivizer until they are ready to grow.

New: Digivizer Monthly Reports for all users

In the first of a number of reporting enhancements, Digivizer now delivers a regular Monthly Insights Performance Report, arriving within 72 hours after the end of month,  which measures last month's period on period performance across organic media, paid media, website performance and highest engaged earned media posts. 

This complements our current Weekly Digivizer Express reports which are sent at the start of every week (covering the previous Monday-Sunday).  Every customer and those invited to the Digivizer Brand Space who are opted in will be sent a monthly report.  

An Admin can set up a reporting delivery preference for all Members invited to your Brand Space. Use the “Manage My Account” menu option, and select preference for “Brand Space Performance Reports” for weekly and/or monthly (refer to image below). You can invite as many users as you'd like to your Brand Space to share reports with them. There’s no limit to the number of report users, making your reporting super easy!

If an individual user added to your Brand Space no longer wants to receive the weekly reports, all they have to do is click on the Cog symbol → Manage my Account → Report Delivery Schedule. This will halt all report communication to their email address. This gives individual flexibility and does not impact any other member who are opted-in, they will continue to receive updates.

For agencies and those who have permission and/or are users of multiple Brand Spaces, you will also be able to use the Manage My Account function to see a single view of all your Brand Spaces when choosing your weekly and/or monthly report preferences to save time and ease the reporting management process!

TikTok Organic insights now live!

TikTok Organic insights are now live and out of beta testing. You can now add your TikTok account for more insights and to see how TikTok compares to your other social channels.

TikTok Insights that are available now include:

✅ Number of Video Views
✅ Engagements
✅ Likes
✅ Shares
✅ Comments
✅ and all paid campaign metrics! *

For our customers looking at the power of video content - easily measure the reach, viewing and engagement between Instagram Reels, Facebook Video, Youtube and TikTok at once! 

No need to wait - TikTok organic insights are immediately available to existing customers and trial accounts with a connected account.

*Note - you will need to connect both TikTok organic and your TikTok ad account to Digivizer to see both organic and paid media insights.

Great news - the Tiktok Organic connection bug is resolved!

You might have seen our message earlier this week on an issue from TikTok Organic with accounts that were automatically revoked due to a bug at their end. Our team reported this to Tiktok and this issue is now resolved. 

All connections that were revoked have been made active again - and all data has been downloaded and is again flowing through. Those brand spaces that were affected will not have to do anything further.

For those unsure and who chose to wait before adding TikTok organic to your Brand Space, you can now connect TikTok organic and paid again with confidence.

Note: connecting TikTok Organic is a different connection to adding your TikTok Business (paid media) account.

TikTok Organic - Why has my account disconnected?

Unfortunately the auto-disconnect of TikTok Organic accounts is a known issue with TikTok’s API. We are waiting to hear back from TikTok to get a timing on their fix to allow the connection to stay stable. We will notify you as soon as TikTok Organic is back online and the steps you will be required to take to reconnect your account (it shouldn’t take you more than a few minutes!).  

We understand the insights of those brand spaces using TikTok organically on video views is proving very valuable to those investing in content in this channel, so we are doing all we can  to get this resolved for you as soon as possible.

TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video and is the fastest growing social media platform of all time, now surpassing 3 billion downloads globally and over 1.39 billion monthly active users. 

Adding to the numerous social and paid platforms supported in Digivizer, you can now connect your organic TikTok social account in addition to your:

🤝 LinkedIn

All you need to do is connect your TikTok  account via the Manage Connections page and follow the steps in this guide to get started: How do I connect my TikTok Account? Once connected to Digivizer, you’ll be able to see 30 days of historical data covering:

  • Comments
  • Likes
  • Follower Count - note this is not accessible via TikTok API so we are unable to bring it into Digivizer.

🔥 New Feature: Select your own hashtag!


We’ve introduced the ability to select your chosen hashtag for tracking, straight from your Earned view!

This will automatically start collecting posts from Instagram and Twitter that use those hashtags. This is in addition to all post mentions (in Facebook, Twitter and Instagram where others have tagged you using your social handles)!
