The previously identified reporting differences between Digivizer and Google Ads native reporting for some Performance Max (PMAX) campaigns have now been resolved.
The previously identified reporting differences between Digivizer and Google Ads native reporting for some Performance Max (PMAX) campaigns have now been resolved.
We are currently reviewing reporting differences between Digivizer and Google Ads native reporting for some Performance Max (PMAX) campaigns.
Our investigation indicates that Google supplies portions of PMAX data in aggregated “Cross-network” reporting before later reallocating this activity into final placement and channel-level reporting. As a result, recent or intra-day PMAX data may temporarily differ between Digivizer and Google’s native platform while Google completes its reporting reconciliation process.
Based on observed behavior and available Google Ads API documentation, PMAX reporting may take several days to fully stabilize and finalize.
We are actively working on enhancements to ensure Digivizer continues to provide the most accurate and trusted representation of Google PMAX reporting data possible.
The issue with the Google Search Console data has been resolved. All recent data is in the process of being downloaded and is available in the app.
Some brandspaces currently may still see a small gap of one day of data (4 June) which is currently being filled in.
We expect all data to be available by midnight Saturday, 14 June 2025 AEST.
The issue affecting all META Paid and Organic connections and downloads on your performance data is now resolved. Data is updating and will be complete by end of day (AEST).
Our Monday-morning Express emails sent 8th April 2024 may not have included the full 7-days worth of Paid Media performance data. This was due to a configuration error on one of our databases which has since been corrected.
The Digivizer Platform is up-to-date and contains all your recent Paid Media performance data, as will all subsequent reports run from this morning.
If you wish to re-run the Express report with the updated Paid Media performance data and send to your team, you can do so by the following steps once you’ve logged into Digivizer:
1. Click the ‘Reporting’ tab
2. Choose either “PDF” or “Email” report, depending on whether your want an overview (Email) or an in-depth report (PDF)
3. Choose the dates you wish to run for. The Monday morning report runs for 1st April - 7th April.
4. Choose “Select All” to re-send the report to everyone in your brandspace.
5. You may wish to add a message to your team to advise that you are resending this due to a previous error.
6. Press “Send now”
If you would like further support, please use the blue “Help" button available on the Digivizer website and Platform to get in touch with us.
Engineering has now resolved the issue that was causing LinkedIn Connections to be revoked.
You do not need to reconnect your LinkedIn accounts to Digivizer and your data will be up-to-date when Digivizer next syncs to LinkedIn (estimated to be in the next 24 hours).
For paying plan customers only, Twitter organic post metrics are available again. The restriction on providing Twitter organic post metrics to all accounts is due to changes at Twitter’s end, hence support and data is available only for Digivizer paid plan customers at the highest level (Brands, Agencies and Enterprise).
Twitter Ads Data is available to all customers.
You can connect your TikTok accounts and receive all TikTok metrics. All data has been backdated.
LinkedIn Personal Account metrics are again available for all Brand Spaces, including historical updates. If you do not see updated metrics on your personal account, please disconnect and reconnect your LinkedIn account to update your permissions. Please note this data outage did not impact brand pages or paid media accounts.
The change in API and data available from Twitter is now resolved. All paid for brand spaces are up-to-date with Twitter metrics across organic, earned and paid media.
Those on a Digivizer Free Plan will see Follower Count & Number of Posts only. This is a limitation of the new Twitter API. If you would like to see performance metrics, please upgrade to a paid plan.
