When you’re running digital marketing ads, you need to know how much revenue you’re earning in relation to how much you’re spending and know which campaign or ad is working best for you. How many dollars have you earned compared to ad dollars you’ve spent?
Now you can see the answer instantly. We’ve added the ROAS or Return on Ad Spend metric that enables you to compare platform, campaign or ad - for every dollar you spend, what the number of dollars are that it converts to on your site.
Return on Ad Spend is calculated by dividing your Conversion Value by your Spend. If you see a value of 2.3, for example, that means you’re getting $2.30 back for every $1 you spend on ads.
You can find your Return on Ad Spend on the Overview screen when you scroll down to the “Paid Accounts”. Here you can see your ROAS for each of your ad accounts on Google and Facebook, as well as your Total ROAS.
You can also find your ROAS in the Paid Performance media table by scrolling to the right, alongside your other Conversion metrics. It’s available on all four levels of the table: Platforms, Campaigns, Adsets and Adverts.
That means you can see and compare your Return on Ad Spend for every ad, campaign and platform you’ve spent on.
This calculation is performed on the most up-to-date data available so you always know what your Return on Ad Spend is for any given time period you select on the (recently improved) date picker.
If you have no Conversions in a particular time period, or Conversions are not set for your ad campaigns, you’ll see a 0.0 on the Overview screen and blank columns in the Paid media table.
You must have Conversions set in your campaigns in both Google Ads and Facebook Ad Manager for values to appear. If you would like to add them, refer to how to do so here:
ROAS is currently only available for Google and Facebook ad accounts.
If you have any questions about ROAS or setting up Conversions or ad accounts in Digivizer, contact our support team via the in-app chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
Creative is hugely influential in paid social advertising, but how often do you measure creative performance?
With Digivizer’s new View Paid Creative feature, you can see, with a single click, all Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn creative being used in paid media campaigns in real time against key metrics.
Instantly see which creatives are driving:
Creative is a time-consuming and expensive element in social ad campaigns. With View Paid Creative, you can see which creative drives the best outcomes for you at lowest cost (or worst outcomes and highest cost). Then, use these insights to inform art direction, your strategy and paid social campaign pivots.
Sort your best performing paid ads by conversion metrics to see what the actual ad is that is driving performance. This includes what the visual, as well as the call to action copy and buttons are.
To locate View Paid Creative in Digivizer go to your ‘Paid’ tab and scroll down past your Campaigns summary insights to the comparison table, and navigate to ‘Adverts’.
Click on the Advert Name you want to preview to view the live ad creative, in situ with post copy, headlines and any CTA buttons.
If you do not see a preview in Digivizer, try turning off your ad-blocker.
This feature is available to anyone who has connected a Facebook, LinkedIn or Instagram account to Digivizer and is running a paid campaign. To get help with tracking your paid performance overall, view our blog post.
Ready to get started but want some support? Our in-app support, the bubble at the right bottom corner of the screen, is there to guide you through the process.
Whether your business is already working with influencers, or you’re looking for brand ambassadors who might already be talking about you on social media, you can now take advantage of Digivizer’s brand new influencer tracking features.
Navigate to the “Earned” page on the Digivizer platform and immediately discover your most engaged customers, fans and influencers. Change the date range to track activity over a certain period of time, or use the search bar to filter by platform.
You can also now scroll through everyone who has mentioned your brand accounts or hashtag, from those who have posted the most to the least. You can also see total engagements those posts have received - so you’ll know who has a genuine audience.
Click on the name of the poster to be taken to their social media account. Alternatively, click on the number of posts to see all their posts about you right here on the Digivizer platform. You can then click on each individual post to go to that post in-platform.
Note: you might see ‘Unknown Instagram Users’ in your poster list. These are users of Instagram who have mentioned your @username or #hashtag, but haven’t given Digivizer permission to track them (which you can do by inviting Influencers to your Brandspace). You can still see which posts have earned the most engagement, and click through to see their posts on Instagram, but due to privacy rules, we can’t share their username directly.
To learn more about how to use the “Earned” page on the Digivizer platform, reach out to our support team with our in-app chat via the bubble in the bottom right of the screen.
Attention all influencers, content creators, thought leaders, business owners and - well - everyone who has a personal Facebook account. You can now connect your Personal Facebook account to the Digivizer platform right alongside your Facebook Business Page.
Track your own post performance just like you can with your personal Instagram and Twitter accounts.
You can enable this feature by visiting the Manage Connections page, choose to Connect a Page / Profile and select your name. Your data from the last 30 days will be downloaded and displayed within a short period of time.

Wondering who mentioned your brands this week? Which channel your users, customers and brand advocates are using the most? Who the top posters were? Now you can answer all those questions in one place: the Earned tab on the Digivizer platform.
Why did we call it that? Here’s a quick explainer to three types of marketing media content:
We’ve been rolling out this new feature to a number of our customers to help them keep track of user-generated and influencer-generated content. Now it’s available to everybody. As part of the Earned media feature, you’ll get access to all @ mentions of your brand username and all uses of your brand #hashtag by default.
If you’d like access to more @mentions or #hashtags, or if you can't see the "Earned" tab in your navigation, use our live chat to get in touch instantly via the bubble in the bottom right of the screen.
