New: Digivizer Monthly Reports for all users
In the first of a number of reporting enhancements, Digivizer now delivers a regular Monthly Insights Performance Report, arriving within 72 hours after the end of month, which measures last month's period on period performance across organic media, paid media, website performance and highest engaged earned media posts.
This complements our current Weekly Digivizer Express reports which are sent at the start of every week (covering the previous Monday-Sunday). Every customer and those invited to the Digivizer Brand Space who are opted in will be sent a monthly report.
An Admin can set up a reporting delivery preference for all Members invited to your Brand Space. Use the “Manage My Account” menu option, and select preference for “Brand Space Performance Reports” for weekly and/or monthly (refer to image below). You can invite as many users as you'd like to your Brand Space to share reports with them. There’s no limit to the number of report users, making your reporting super easy!
If an individual user added to your Brand Space no longer wants to receive the weekly reports, all they have to do is click on the Cog symbol → Manage my Account → Report Delivery Schedule. This will halt all report communication to their email address. This gives individual flexibility and does not impact any other member who are opted-in, they will continue to receive updates.
For agencies and those who have permission and/or are users of multiple Brand Spaces, you will also be able to use the Manage My Account function to see a single view of all your Brand Spaces when choosing your weekly and/or monthly report preferences to save time and ease the reporting management process!
