LinkedIn Personal Account metrics are again available for all Brand Spaces, including historical updates. If you do not see updated metrics on your personal account, please disconnect and reconnect your LinkedIn account to update your permissions. Please note this data outage did not impact brand pages or paid media accounts.
Overnight we have seen a change from LinkedIn regarding your Personal LinkedIn account and we are temporarily unable to download your Personal LinkedIn posts and metrics. The orange dot you may see is an indicator that the data is not synching and may be out-of-date. There is no impact to LinkedIn Company page data or LinkedIn paid media data. Our engineering team is investigating the issue and we will inform you as soon as the issue is resolved, data is up-to-date, and backdated to ensure you have full insights.
As you may have read in the news, there are changes at Twitter.
This includes data limitations on their previous level of service but at substantially greater price points.
Digivizer remains a partner to Twitter, although there are limitations to the data we receive. Whilst you may see Twitter social data, it may not be complete. We are working to return to the data quality you expect.
To better support our paid customers, we will be removing Twitter data from Digivizer Free Plans immediately.
We will keep you updated on any future developments.

Google will retire their Universal Analytics product on the 1st July 2023 and are beginning to migrate customers from Universal Analytics to GA4.
Digivizer supports both platforms, so you can connect both with the reassurance that, even when Google closes your Universal Analytics account, Digivizer will still have your data.
When you connect a GA4 account for the first time, you will see 30 days of historical performance data and insights. Digivizer then automatically tracks performance to provide enriched period-on-period comparisons over time.
The website and search engine insights available for GA4 accounts include:
If you have both an Universal Analytics account and GA4 account, you can connect both accounts to compare the website metrics with ease.
Twitter has recently made changes to their API access. We are working through the implications to our platform.
Whilst Twitter are revoking access to all, they have not yet implemented and committed to what the new model will look like.
In the meantime, your Twitter Performance Insights may not be up-to-date. As soon as we know more, we will update you and aim to provide and maintain a working solution.
The change in API and data available from Twitter is now resolved. All paid for brand spaces are up-to-date with Twitter metrics across organic, earned and paid media.
Those on a Digivizer Free Plan will see Follower Count & Number of Posts only. This is a limitation of the new Twitter API. If you would like to see performance metrics, please upgrade to a paid plan.
