How To Upgrade or Downgrade a Membership:
- Open the member’s profile in Glofox
- Go to the Membership section
- Open the Actions menu
- Click Change membership
- Select whether to make the change today or on the next payment date
- Select the new plan
- Review the price, discount level, and payment method. Note that any additional charge to upgrade will be calculated on a prorated basis.
- Click Pay to complete the transaction
