Amplify - Enable and Disable individual workflow messages

As the next step towards giving you more flexibility on your Amplify automated workflows, you can now easily enable and disable individual workflow messages!

This is particularly useful if you want to momentarily test a different cadence, disabling particular messages without having to permanently delete them, and giving you the ability to easily re-enable them afterward as desired.

New Trainer Insights Report Live

To further help with the calculation of trainer payroll and to provide improved insight into trainer performance we have released this new report. This report will replace the trainer performance report that is currently live in the dashboard. Based on your feedback we have made the following key enhancements;

  • We have added trainer hours worked and accurate cost per session calculations to help calculate trainer payroll
  • Now you can download all or select trainer bookings into one file
  • Service name columns are now fully populated so you can see if bookings came from an add-on, membership or credit
  • Appointment names display for the first time so you can tell specifically which events have been booked
  • We also now provide a summary overview of your overall combined trainer performance and specific trainer tables for classes & appointments

Filter Community Posts in the Member App

We improved the community feed experience in the member app by introducing content filters. With filters, users can browse categories and easily find the specific content of interest.

The tags you attach to community posts (e.g. Trending, HIIT Workout, Nutrition) will automatically display in the app as category filters. You can use any number of tags to categorise your posts and create lists with on-demand workouts, WODs, Meal plans, Promotions, and more. 

We encourage you to review existing tags and regularly post new content in the Community feed to engage with your members.

POS Terminal - in-person payments made simple

We’re delighted to announce the release of POS Terminal to enable you to start accepting in-person payments from your customers. 

POS Terminal is a physical card reader which allows your customers to pay for their Glofox transactions using all major credit and debit cards via Chip, Contactless and Swipe as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

POS Terminal can be used for all one-off purchases through the new Checkout on the Dashboard. In the near future we will also be adding support for storing card details directly from the POS Terminal device (US Only), allowing you to quickly and easily gather customer payment information without anyone needing to key in a card number.

With Glofox Payments and POS Terminal, you can have a complete omni-channel payment solution, with consolidated reporting and reconciliation across all your transactions regardless of whether they’re in-person, online or recurring payments.

Amplify - New Leads Workflow Reporting

We have just launched some exciting new reporting updates to our custom-built engagement tool - Amplify.

Giving you easy visibility on Amplify’s automated New Leads workflow, you can now easily track:

  • How many leads were targeted
  • Which leads were targeted, including the last contact they received
  • How many messages were automated, including their breakdown across email and SMS, plus how those vary across the continuous workflow messages

On average, Amplify has converted 2.5X more leads for our pilot customers - that’s more than double their usual amount with minimal effort. We have several enhancements planned over the coming months including: 

  • Further reporting enhancements, giving you visibility into how Amplify is performing

Improved Signups Detail


Included in the ‘New Memberships’ report we now provide a detailed breakdown of your new Signups.

This new section provides a summary view and individual tables for all of your Membership, Credit Pack & Trial signups. Each table displays the Signups total by service name and you can now drill down into all the numbers to see specific details of who has signed up. 

As a result of these changes we have disabled the existing Membership Signups report.

Improvements like these are driven by your feedback so please let us know your thoughts below on how we can improve further.

Calendar Improvements

We’ve just released some exciting new user experience updates to the calendar, all thanks to your feedback! 

These updates should ensure the day-to-day management of your classes, appointments and courses are easier to handle.  

What’s changed? 

  • Improved visibility for events that are scheduled at the same time
  • The event type, end time, trainer name and image have been added to the event hover view 
  • The capability to show/hide the mini calendar sidebar for more space on the calendar 
  • Improved filter labels, buttons and date headings

Based on your feedback we have added the following data to our Members Report drilldown -

  • Price paid
  • Payment method
  • Next payment date
  • Barcode
  • Is in a group membership (Yes/No)
  • Is primary group member (Yes/No)

You can download this data and more by clicking on and drilling down into any of the headline Member figures at the top of the report.
