Members Report additions

We have added member Birth date and member Last visit to the members report. You can add these important member related items and more to the primary table by clicking on the columns drop down and selecting those relevant to you. We have also added the option to download each table on the report individually.

The Visits data and related report are only available to customers on our platinum plan. To learn more about upgrading, you can contact us at Glofox.Support@abcfitness.com.

Feedback was a key driver with these improvements. We will be releasing further enhancements to the Members report in the near future. Your suggestions are very much welcome below.

New Calendar Features Now Live!

We're always looking for ways to improve your experience, and we're excited to introduce some updates to your calendar that will make scheduling and managing trainer availability even easier! 

Feature #1: 

View Trainer Availability Directly on the Calendar 

No more guesswork or back-and-forth to check in your Appointment Availability settings. View your trainer's availability in real-time on the calendar, making it easier to schedule trainer appointments.  

How to Use It: 

  • Set Up Appointment Availability: Click on 'Appointment Availability' in the calendar section. Here, you can set your trainer’s availability.  
  • Select a Trainer: Use the trainer filter on the calendar to select the trainer you're interested in. Note: only one trainer can be selected at one time.  
  • See Availability: The trainer's available slots will appear as a blue bar on the calendar. The availability will be shown alongside the trainer’s booked appointments and classes.  

 

Feature #2:  

Additional Calendar Settings for a Personalized Experience 

  • Start Your Week Your Way: Prefer your week to start on a Sunday? Or is Monday more your style? Now, you can set the calendar to begin on either day according to your preference. 
  • Flexible Time Format: Tailor the calendar display to suit your business. Easily switch between 12-hour and 24-hour formats in the calendar settings, located to the left of your calendar.

Instagram Link in the Member App

We've introduced a new social option in the Member App. In addition to Facebook and Twitter, members can now access your studio's Instagram page directly from the app. 


To set it up: 

  • Log in to your studio dashboard 
  • Go to "Settings" > "Edit Studio Details" 
  • Add your Instagram handle  

Members will find the new Instagram icon on the Profile page within the "About Studio" section. 


We hope this update will enable your members to stay connected with your Instagram content!

Introducing Class Filters in the Member App

We're thrilled to introduce Class Filters - a highly anticipated Member app feature! Your members have eagerly awaited this, and it's finally here. 


What's New? 

  • Facility Filter: Members can easily discover classes at their preferred location. 
  • Trainer Filter: They can choose their favourite class instructors. 
  • Time of Day Filter: Finding classes that fit their schedule is a breeze – morning, afternoon, or evening.

Send Email Blasts To Engage Your Community

We’re excited about releasing a new capability: one-off email blasts! 

Email blasts are a great way to easily communicate with your entire community. This can be useful for a range of scenarios, such as: 

  • Promotional campaigns, such as seasonal or other special occasions 
  • Recurring newsletters, to engage with your members 
  • Mandatory alerts, such as the studio being closed on a certain day

Sales report update live

Our last major reporting update for the year is now live, and we think this sales report update sees us save the best for last. 


The report layout has been revamped, featuring two distinct tabs for improved navigation. The first tab provides an enhanced overview of key sales figures, meaning you can now more easily compare sales for different periods. You can do this through both the additional information presented and through the newly designed interactive visualisation. This visualisation allows you to easily observe sales trends over time and compare against previous data.  


The second tab provides a comprehensive breakdown of sales categorized for the selected period. 

Both tabs benefit from all the reporting enhancements we have delivered on recent updates. These include report speed improvements, a more intuitive download experience, and customisable data tables. 



Customer feedback played a pivotal role in shaping these updates, and we're committed to further improving our reporting in 2024. Your feedback is invaluable in this journey toward refining our product. Please share your thoughts with us below.

Enhancements to the Transaction Tab in the Client Profile

We’re excited to inform you about some key changes we’ve made on the Transaction Tab within the Client Profile on the Glofox Dashboard that we believe will help users find critical information and take key actions much more efficiently.  
 
The Transaction Tab presents a view of all transactions and related activity performed for a client over time. Previously, for situations where multiple transactions occur that are related to the same invoice (e.g. with retries) separate, individual entries were recorded for each of these transactions. This approach made it difficult to identify linked transactions or properly understand the current and past states of any given invoice.   

 To address this, we’ve released a change which incorporates all these linked transactions into a Transaction history view which details the combined history for that invoice within one single entry.  
The new design allows you to quickly and easily identify the activity that has occurred for a given invoice, and you can still take all the expected actions for an invoice such as Retry, Write-Off and Refund as you do today. 

The current status of the invoice is still depicted by the colour of the card, with green indicating the payment was successful, red indicating the latest payment attempt failed, and orange indicating that further action is needed such as the completion of cardholder authentication or the processing of a flexible, non-recurring payment. We’ve also released a change so that now when transactions have already been written off, the card will be coloured grey.  

These new designs will be rolled out to your branch in the coming days. If you have any questions, queries or feedback on these changes please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Subscription Price Change: Restricted Memberships Now Supported

Until now, it was only possible to change the price of an Unlimited or Group subscription. We're excited to announce that you can now update the price of a Restricted subscription! This enhancement is arriving at the perfect time to update your pricing in the new year. 

What’s New?   

  • You can now update Unlimited, Group or Restricted subscriptions individually on the client profile  
  • Alternatively, if you have too many subscriptions to update, our team can help you out. Simply contact support@glofox.com to raise your request and we’ll help you take it the rest of the way.   

What are the benefits?  

Save time:  

  • The old process of canceling and re-adding subscriptions just to change the price was problematic and time-consuming. With the subscription price change feature, you can now adjust prices on the fly for multiple membership types, directly from the client profile.  

Optimize business results:  

  • Fine-tune your subscription pricing strategy to improve monthly revenue. You can now react quickly to rising costs or explore new revenue streams.  

Your reports are safe:  

  • Rest assured; reports will not be impacted. The new price will simply replace the old price on your reports.

  • Discounted subscriptions, future memberships and unlimited memberships with a recurring Add-on cannot be adjusted at this time

Updates to the Visits and Access reports

Your Visits report is the latest in a series of reports to be updated. A new layout sees the introduction of three tabs: 

 

  1. The Overview tab shows visit related KPIs and trends for how active your client base is 
  2. The Visits Data tab combines tables of customisable data to allow you to analyse client visit frequency 
  3. The Insurance tab allows you to view data specific to your 'Insurance members' base 

 

The enhancements seen on other recent reporting updates have also been introduced here including a new user interface, report speed improvements, a more intuitive download experience, and customisable tables of client data.

The Access report has also received the same enhancements but additionally sees a move in location to the 'Home - Access' section of the dashboard to sit alongside your real time access detail.

Along with these changes, we are removing the Access Insights report. All the functionality that was present on Access Insights has been incorporated into Visits.

E-Agreement Signing on Web Integration

We're delighted to bring E-agreement signing to your Web integration. This enhancement is designed to make document management easier for both you and your members. 


What's New: 

  • Easy access & status viewing: Members can now effortlessly access and view the status of their documents directly in their web profiles. 
  • Direct web signing: Members have the convenience of signing documents online, eliminating the need for downloading the member app. 

 


🔔 Extra Reminder: Add Document Links to Your Emails 

Remember, you can further encourage document signing by adding document links to your 'Welcome to the Studio' and 'Membership Confirmation' emails. Discover how to do this effectively in our Knowledge Base article.
