Member Account Deletion
To comply with App Store Review Guidelines starting June 30, 2022, we have added a Delete account button within the Member App on both Apple & Android devices, that enables users to initiate the deletion of their account. Clicking this opens up the email application on their phone with a preset template for an email sent to the email address associated with the Studio in your Studio Settings.
Once you have analysed the inquiry, you can request data deletion with Glofox support on behalf of the member. When the request is processed, the member will no longer have access to the app and their personal data will be deleted.
