Amplify - New Leads Workflow Reporting
We have just launched some exciting new reporting updates to our custom-built engagement tool - Amplify.
Giving you easy visibility on Amplify’s automated New Leads workflow, you can now easily track:
- How many leads were targeted
- Which leads were targeted, including the last contact they received
- How many messages were automated, including their breakdown across email and SMS, plus how those vary across the continuous workflow messages
On average, Amplify has converted 2.5X more leads for our pilot customers - that’s more than double their usual amount with minimal effort. We have several enhancements planned over the coming months including:
- Further reporting enhancements, giving you visibility into how Amplify is performing
- New Amplify workflows, automating how you engage in more moments of your customers’ journeys. These workflows will have a key focus on member retention.
