Tags

Tag members in ABC Glofox to capture additional context, enable more targeted communication, and personalize experiences throughout the member journey.

What's New?

You can now tag member and lead profiles with custom attributes.

Why This Matters:

  • Unified member context and tracking: Identify key member attributes like skill level, goals, and more. Ensure faster handoffs and provide every staff member with the context they need.
  • Flexible segmentation for personalized engagement: Create hyper-relevant communications by using Tags to build custom audiences that match your business’s unique needs.   

How To Get Started:

Manage Tags from the Tags page

  1. Head to the new Tags page
  2. Click ‘+ Create Tag’
  3. Name the Tag and click save
  4. Delete unwanted tags by clicking the ellipses icon

Add Tags from a member or lead profile

  1. Open any member or lead profile
  2. Click ‘+ Create Tag’
  3. Select existing tags or create a new tag
  4. Click save

Build a custom audience using Tags

  1. Visit the Audiences page
  2. Click '+ Create Audience'
  3. Select a tag or multiple tags, as well as any other filters
  4. Name the audience
  5. Click save
