Lost Members Report Update
Based on feedback we have made an improvement to the Lost Members Report.
At the top of the report we have added a distinct count for 'Total Lost Members' for the period selected. A member may have had multiple memberships lost (expired or cancelled) in a period. They will only be counted once in this figure.
Generally the 'Total Lost Members' and 'Total Lost Memberships' figures will be the same as a member can only have one membership at a time but there can be differences. The main table of data on the report continues to show a detailed breakdown of all Lost Memberships for the period selected.
