We’ve made some more enhancements to the Last Visit on the Member Profile!  

Up to now, the Last Visit has covered visibility of home visits only. Now, it incorporates both home and roaming visits. This will give you a holistic view of your members' interactions, determine trends in their behaviors and help you understand how to cater to your members. 

 
Here’s how it works:  

The last visit will always be determined by where the member last visited. For example: 

• Roaming Visits: If a member's last visit was a roaming one, you'll see the date and time of this visit displayed alongside a distinctive house roaming icon. Simply hover to reveal the studio name, providing you with immediate context. 
• Home Visits: If the member's last visit was at their home club, the roaming icon will not be visible, but you can still access the studio name by hovering over the visit details.
