Send Automated SMSs To Remind Members of Their Upcoming Appointments
We're excited to announce an enhancement to our recent release of appointment booking reminders! Until now, you could automatically email your members to remind them of their upcoming appointments, and with today's release, you can now also remind your members with automated SMS messages!
This will message members 24h before an appointment they’re booked for, reducing no-shows. As before, you can easily activate it by going to the “Connect > Messages” tab. See the example in the GIF below:
