Project Budget management has been enhanced with:

• A new Total Sum row in the Project Budget view
• Budget Totals displayed directly on the Project list (Dashboard Widgets included)
• The ability to add new budget-related columns to your project view

This gives managers faster access to high-level cost information and improves overall cost control without needing to open each project individually.
