Project Dashboards in Project Details

Share the project information in an organized way across the whole organization. For each project stage, there may be custom views that will ensure transparency of the presented project data, inc. custom size or position of individual widgets. The system allows also us to define different dashboards for each type of project or customize this view based on any other criteria.

Additional access rights controllers allow for sharing of specific dashboards with selected departments.

For starters, to ensure compatibility, there’ve been created just 2 dashboards: one with all project data, and the second for project notifications. For each new project, they will be created automatically. If you would like to customize those views, please contact the Archdesk Support team.

Risk Register

Control the risks over the project and prevent them thanks to the data transparency in Archdesk.

The user, that is granted in terms of access rights to have access to the Risk Register, can see the new project-centric module - the Risk Register that accumulates all Risks raised within this project. The filter option can help you to find relevant information by using custom criteria.

A new Risk can be created by the user directly from this screen or can be raised from a specific Quote, Purchase Order, or Schedule task.

The Risk Request includes information such as Status (Idenfitief, Controlled, Triggered, Mitigated, Closed), Strategy (Accept, Mitigate, Reduce, Transfer, Eliminate), Discipline (pre-defined in the settings), Description, Identified by and Assigned to.

There’s also a special algorithm that calculates the Risk rate based on Probability and Impact, so you can also easily sort the list by this value.

If you wish to record any additional information related to risk, this list can be extended by adding custom attributes.

To use this option, please go to Projects and then multi-select the projects that you would like to update, and then, use the option Edit input value.

In the next step, select the input that you want to edit and enter the new value. Finalize the operation using SAVE.

Main navigation menu customization is now available in Admin’s Settings. It allows you to:

- switch off module visibility,

- modify module name,

- add custom links to external pages.

Once it’s implemented by the admin, changes are visible for all users within your company. In this case, the Time Sheets are added to the main bar, the To-do tab is changed to Tasks and the link to Google is added. Now, you can keep all your most important external links centralized in one place.
