Split Purchase Order from the Quote by Supplier

The new field Supplier on the quote item level can help you automate your procurement process. You can assign the contact (from your database) to each item and then create Purchase Orders in bulk to speed up the process. 

When multiple suppliers are allocated against the items, the system will guide you through creating more than one PO simultaneously.

There’s a possibility to leave this field empty or hide it for specific departments if not relevant. The Quote Single-sheet importer supports this input so that it can be defined in Excel before the upload.

When you use the Tender module in Archdesk, this field will automatically fill on the quote with the Tender’s winner when completed.

Project menu customization

Project navigation menu customization is now available in Admin’s Settings. It allows you to: switch off module visibility, modify module names or add custom links to your favorite external pages/services.

Once the admin implements it, changes are visible for all users within your company. In the case below, the Early Warnings were originally Risks, Estimation was Quotes, and the Slack channel is a custom external service.

Possibility to use the geolocation as a address and new map widget

Now, the users can define Longitude and Latitude to geolocate addresses automatically. If you leave this field empty, it will be auto-generated based on the provided address. 


On the other hand, the new map widget shows all addresses available for the project.

Now, you can validate supplier/subcontractor attributes when processing the tender. For example, the business process requires only the vendors that completed the pre-qualification process to add to the tenders, so now the system can validate this information.

The system allows for validation of the events such as Adding new participants, Sending out the e-mail invitation, Selecting the winner, or progressing the Tender from the draft.

Creating Sale Invoices from Purchase Invoices (Re-invoicing)

Now, creating multiple Sale Invoices directly from the Purchase Invoice as a bulk operation is possible. In case of your company reinvoices the subcontractors for some of the work that is completed or material is delivered, you can go to the Financial -> Create Sale Invoices from Purchase Invoice and complete the process.

Selecting it will open a modal that allows you to fill in the basic information of the multiple Invoices on one screen.

Once the operation is completed, you can track all Sale Invoices connected to the Purchase Invoice in the dedicated section.
