Revisions for forms

Archdesk has a new feature enabled called revisions on forms. It is possible to create a revision for the form, and the form will be editable after it has been submitted. Thanks to that, few people can work together on one form and complete data together. The system displays a warning when you are reviewing a revision that is not current. This feature required enabling by Archdesk Support Team.

Project processes redesign and processes stages inputs

The Processes module has undergone a redesign to improve your experience. The visual layer has changed. The functionality of the elements was also improved, the purpose of the change was to reduce the number of clicks. More information appeared on the main view, allowing you to have information right away about: the percentage, To-DO's, Attachments, and Notes that this Stage contains. Additionally, batch action on stage statuses was added. You can now modify multiple stages statutes from one view.

For easier processes stage data gathering, you can now use custom inputs on processes and process stages. If you are using simple forms on stage to gather additional information, consider resigning from forms and using custom inputs instead. This way, users will have better information visualisation and fewer steps required to complete the process. You can also add data validation available for inputs (required option, regex) and configure workflows to copy data from stage input to project input.
