We added access rights management for the Budget module. Now, you can define if a branch/department has access to the Budget and to what data.

We worked on improving performance for large Invoices. Now Archdesk works much smoother with Invoices over 500 lines and background processing is used to make things even faster.

We improved stock export to allow for exporting records without an assigned category.

Company Structure -> Edit access and details -> Financials

Now by selecting the branch checkbox "Set as default profile", the branch will be used as the default profile for Purchase Orders and Invoices. The profile can be changed from the dropdown list on Purchase Orders and Invoices levels, without the need to change the whole setting.

"Set as default profile" checkbox will be visible only if "Manage Purchase Order and Invoice Profile" is selected. Only one branch can be selected as default.

We added more flexibility on Access Rights management on the Quotes level. Now configuration on Quotes is similar to what is available for Projects. You can manage rules for Branches to define what Quote data scope can be accessible for them.

Now when a Project with assigned expenses is deleted, it is possible to delete the expenses manually after the project removal.

We introduced default values for Custom Inputs. Now when creating a Custom Input, it is possible to specify its value, so that it would automatically be displayed on the proper module, making things faster.

For example: this is Custom Input for Purchase Order:

Should it be necessary, the value of said Input can be changed manually from this level, without the need to modify the Input itself.

With this new setting, Users will be able to prevent issuing a Purchase Order if its value exceeds its Budget limitation. Our notification system will also inform Users about the reason for this blocking. For example:
