The Project Schedule Excel Template now supports all the date formats available in Excel. When adding a Start and End Date, no matter what format of the Date is selected, the file will be readable for Archdesk. 

The Budget and Spend columns are now showing the net values to make it easier to compare the generated expenses with the amount budgeted for a task. 

It is now possible to create multiple separate Programmes under one project. To do so, go to Project-> Programme and from the drop-down menu select the Programme you want to update or + Create a New Programme. 

You can switch between the programmes any time you want. The timesheet view doesn't change so when you assign a person to a programme, they will still see it as a list of tasks. 

The Manage Programmes option lets you edit the name of the programme or delete it. 

The shortcut to a related expense disappears from the View menu on Invoices and POs as more than expense is possible to be created on an Invoice or PO. To go to the related expenses click on the Project and then on the Expenses on the left hand side menu.

It is now possible to assign client's name from the Contacts Database (Tab) to the quote. When going to the Clients Profile in the system, a list of Project Quotes assigned to that customer is available on the left hand side menu (Contacts-> Client -> Quotes) 

We have added a new functionality called Forms. Designing the forms is quite flexible and they can be added in different places in the system.

Scheduler is a new tool that helps you with managing tasks and events for projects and employees in a more flexible way. 

Assign your employees to the tasks under Projects->Schedule and get the high-level overview on the Scheduler Level. 

See the gaps and make readjustments. You can zoom in and out, select the date range or filter out projects. 

New input type has been added to the system. It's now possible to add a field to contain data in date format. It can be added to project details, as an additional quote or PO field, contacts etc.

Project Details View:

We have added a new type of Project Widget: Map that displays projects on the map based on the provided addresses in the Project Details,

To add the widget create a new dashboard or go to the dashboard where you want the widget to be located.

Click on the pencil icon in the bottom right corner and add widget.

Select Project Widgets -> Project Map

Specify the criteria for the projects that should be displayed and choose the style of the map.

Additions to the Cost Category breakdown:

1. The breakdown now shows items from all quotes, not just approved, that is why we show the quote status on the left.
2. We show all prices as NET values
3. We show how much has been PO’ed for this item.
4. We show how much has been purchase-invoiced for this item.
5. PO and Invoiced colours change if they are higher than the item cost (showing overspend)

This feature is good for tracking what has already been purchased against all quotes.
